Reports

For more detailed reporting use the reports at Admin->Reports to generate reports which can be viewed in graph/report form or exported to Excel or any other data manipulation tool from the data view.

Reports are generated in real time and once created can be retrieved at any time from the saved reports tab:

The following reports are currently available and we're adding to the library all the time:

• Community Activity
• Challenge Activity
• User Engagement

Trending 

The Trending Report shows the relative popularity of ideas and challenges. Use this report to determine which ideas are getting the most traction across all interaction types - votes, comments, reviews and page views. Use your mouse to hover over ideas to see the actual stats:

 

Community Activity

The Community Activity report shows a detailed view of your community members' activity over time, across all challenges. See who has interacted (votes, reviews, comments) and when they were last active.

Challenge Activity

Use the Challenge Activity report to see a detailed view of all challenge statistics including activity over time and a detailed view of who responded and how they interacted with the challenge. Use your mouse to zoom in and out of the timeline for more detail:

User Engagement

The User Engagement report shows the most active users for a given period and general usage over time. It also contains a bubble chart illustrating the most popular periods of activity:

Site Activity

The Site Activity Report contains all details of site usage including page views, ideas created, comments created and votes cast:

Achievements

The Achievements Report shows all badges/achievements earned by users over time. Use this in conjunction with the User Engagement Report to determine the most engaged contributors:

Polls

The results of a poll can be viewed in a challenge itself by clicking on the poll, but this report consolidates all poll results across all challenges:

Rewards

The Rewards Report displays a consolidated view of all points awarded and redeemed across the platform:

Health Check

The Health Check report provides a month to month report card-like comparison of activity so you can see whether engagement and participation are increasing or declining against the major metrics:
