Idea Archive

Sometimes the time isn't right to implement an idea or it needs to go on the back burner - but you still want to retain it and refer to it. The Idea Archive can be enabled as a repository of ideas that are "parked" that users can view. It's a great way to begin building organizational memory, to head off those "I think we tried that a few years ago" conversations.

• Only an admin can move ideas to and from the archive.
• The archive can be named whatever you wish.
• If enabled it will appear in the menu bar for all users.
