You can incentivise and reward users through gamification with the built-in HunchBuzz reward store. Users earn points for creating ideas, evaluating ideas and earning achievements and can then redeem their points for rewards of your choosing.
The rewards may or may not have a financial value, they could include things like coffee with the CEO, volunteer time for a favorite charity, or an early finish Friday.
By definition admins spend a lot of time on the platform and will often appear near the top of the leader board for activity. You may want to highlight regular user's interactions instead so we provide this setting to show or hide admins on the leader board.
If Administrators are not shown on the leader board they will also not be assigned a ranking or points score on their profile page.
Define your own "currency" at Admin->Settings->Points Settings by setting the points users earn for various activities like creating ideas, voting, commenting, and reviews.
This page also allows you to configure whether admins should appear in the leader board. Often admins are very active on HunchBuzz and might appear at the top of the rankings.
Create your rewards at Admin->Settings->Rewards Store. You can assign a reward cost - the number of points required to redeem - and also limit the number of the rewards available for redemption.
When a user redeems a reward the community owner will receive an email with details of the user and reward. The community owner will then fulfill the reward through whatever mechanism is applicable.
